Segun Oduolowu aka SegunTheProgram
Segun Oduolowu is a television host, writer/producer, entertainment journalist and personality. He is the current host of the Emmy Award winning news-magazine show The List. Prior to this he appeared regularly on CNN, NBC, and FOX. He has also appeared internationally for the BBC , Deutsch Welle, and CNN International. Segun was a regular member and contributor on the long running HLN series Dr. Drew on Call. He has also starred on television shows as varied as Showtime's hit series Weeds, Spike TV's The Joe Schmo Show, and the independent film Nearly Married.
When the bright lights turn off, Segun is an educator, and mentor. He has tutored and worked with some of the brightest "Young-Stars" in Southern California. His former pupils can be found in the top Universities throughout the United States. As a mentor Segun has used his background as a former collegiate basketball player at the University of Houston, to craft his "Work Smarter not Harder" initiative. In a partnership with the Aim High Foundation of Southern California, and it's creator 2 - time NBA champion Kenny Smith, he has coached over a dozen "Young-Stars" to Division I basketball scholarships.
